Virgin Trains commissioned Direct Access to undertake accessibility audits of all of the Virgin Rail managed stations on the West Coast Mainline between London and Glasgow serving 35m passengers a year.
Virgin subsequently engaged Direct Access on a consultancy basis to provide advice and training support across their entire portfolio. Our work with Virgin goes beyond physical access to stations to enhancing the entire Virgin experience from start to end for disabled passengers.
